Questions people ask first
If yours is not here, ask me directly. I answer everything myself, usually the same day, including the ones where the honest answer is that a checklist would do.

Straight answers
- What does automation cost?
- It is scoped in writing before work starts and the scope carries the price. A single workflow is a few days. A first engagement, the map plus three to eight workflows, is about three weeks. Agents are scoped per agent. The number is on the scope before you agree to anything.
- How long does it take?
- Three weeks for a first engagement, from signed scope to your team running on it. A few days for one workflow inside an existing account.
- Which platform do you use?
- Whichever fits. My own companies run on self-hosted n8n and on code I wrote. For a business already in Zapier, Make, Power Automate or Airtable, staying is usually right. Each has a page here saying where it fits and whether I run my own business on it.
- Are you a partner or reseller for any of them?
- No. Not affiliated, not a reseller, no commission from anyone. You pay the vendor directly, which is why the recommendation is not for sale.
- Who owns the automation?
- You do. Workflows run in your accounts. Code lives in a repository under your name. Nothing routes through me. I work as a user you can remove.
- What happens when something breaks?
- Every workflow has error handling that alerts a named person and a runbook that says what to check. Most fixes are minutes. That is the difference between an automation and a landmine, and it is designed in from the first build.
- Is the AI safe?
- Reading, summarising, extracting and flagging, with a person on the low-confidence cases: yes. Acting alone, sending, paying, deciding: I build a human step in or I do not build it. Every agent has a written job description and a log of everything it did.
- Where does my data go?
- It stays in your systems and your accounts. Where an AI provider is used, it is chosen with data terms that fit your business, and for regulated work it is configured so that content is not retained. I will show you exactly what leaves and what does not.
- Do you come to the office?
- In week one, usually yes. I am in Fort Myers, and Naples, Cape Coral, Estero and Bonita are short drives. Punta Gorda is scheduled in day blocks. The rest is remote by design.
- What if I need more than automation?
- Then this is one piece. The wider practice covers operations, internal software and demand. Same person. Say so on the form and it gets scoped that way.
