How much does AI automation cost?

It depends on the scope, and I do not publish a price list. Here is what moves the cost, what you pay for separately, and how you see the number before you commit.

The price is written on the scope before work starts. You see the number before you agree to anything.

Read and answered by me, usually within the day. If a spreadsheet and a checklist would do, that is the answer you get.

What sets the cost

How many workflows. One workflow is a few days. A first engagement is the written process map plus three to eight workflows, about three weeks.

Whether AI is in the job. Agents are scoped per agent. Each one gets a written job, a place where a person checks its work, and a log of what it did.

How many systems must connect. Moving data between two systems is a smaller job than keeping five in step.

The state of the process today. Week one writes the process down first, so the build follows a written map.

Two bills, not one

The build is my written scope. It is scoped in writing, and the scope carries the price.

The software is billed by the vendor to you: n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable, or an AI provider. Each vendor publishes its own plans, and they change, so check the vendor’s pricing page for today’s numbers. I quote none of them here.

The workflows run in your accounts, so you own them and you can see every bill.

How to get your number

Send the situation through the form: what the work is, where it gets stuck, and what you use today. I answer myself, usually within the day.

If a spreadsheet or a checklist would solve it, I say so. If it needs a build, you get a written scope with the price on it.

Cost questions

Do you publish a price list?
No. Every job is scoped in writing first, and the scope carries the price. You see the number before you agree to anything.
How long does a first job take?
About three weeks for a first engagement: the written process map plus three to eight workflows. One workflow inside an account you already have is a few days.
Do I pay you for the software too?
No. You pay the software vendor directly, in your own account. I am not a reseller and I take no commission, so the recommendation is not for sale.
What if a checklist would do?
Then that is the answer you get. Not every process needs automation.
Is support after the build required?
No. Support afterwards is optional and hourly. The workflows run in your accounts, so they keep running if you never call again.

Tell me what is in the way.

One form, read by the person who would build it. If the honest answer is a checklist and no software, that is what you will hear.
