I am Carlos Franco. I run a fractional operating practice from Fort Myers called SMB Startups. This site covers the part of that practice I do most: building the automation and the agents that let a small business run without a person as the integration.

Why an automation site
Somewhere in the middle of twenty years in luxury goods and metals, I stopped waiting for engineering capacity and started building it myself. That turned into the whole career. The businesses I run today, a gold buyer, a vault, a construction group, a brokerage, run on workflows and agents I built because nobody was going to build them for me.
The same work applies to almost every owner-operated business in Southwest Florida. The problems are the same: information retyped between systems, paperwork done by hand, numbers that arrive too late, reading that eats the day. The fix is the same too. Map the work, automate the handoffs that cost the most, put a person where judgment lives, and write it all down.
This site offers that on its own. If it turns out the automation is the smallest of your problems, the wider practice covers operations, internal software and demand. Same person. Say so on the form.
What I will not build
An agent that sends money, signs, or makes a legal or financial decision without a person. An automation of a process nobody has written down. A workflow that routes through my servers so that you depend on me. Anything that quietly collects data you did not agree to. And I do not resell software or take fees from vendors, so the platform recommendation is not for sale.
